Passport
- Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Malaysia
- Should contain at least 3 blank visa pages
- Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages
Photograph
- Three recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) and taken within the last 3 months
- Applicant's full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background
Proof of sufficient funds for undertaking travel
- Applicant needs to provide last 6 months' bank statement signed with minimum maintained Balance of Rs.80,000 or above and attested by a bank official
- In case applicant is self employed then company's 6 month bank statement is also required
- All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week
Flight Tickets
- Applicant needs to provide confirmed/booked round trip flight tickets to Malaysia
- We recommend to book refundable tickets just in case your visa gets rejected
Accommodation
- Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher with address and contact number under applicant’s name.
- We recommend to book refundable hotel booking just in case your visa gets rejected.
Invitation
- In case you are being invited to Malaysia, applicants must provide invitation letter along with a copy of their ID proof
Covering letter
- Applicants must provide a cover letter on the A4 Paper / Business Letter Head
- If applicants have not travelled on any Malaysian visa issued before, they must attach a letter stating the reason.
Business Proof
- Applicants must provide business proof (if self-employed).
Covid Certificate
- Applicant needs to provide International Covid Vaccination certificate
