  • A full refund is applicable only once per traveler and once per user under this campaign.

  • Refund is valid only for specific E-Visa countries as listed by Visa2Fly at the time of booking.

  • Payment Gateway charges to be deducted in case of a refund.

  • Refunds are not applicable for visa withdrawals, incomplete documentation, incorrect information provided, or cancellations initiated by the traveler.

  • Refunds are not applicable if the rejection is due to past immigration violations, overstays, or blacklisting of the traveler.

  • Refunds will not be granted if the rejection arises from security concerns, fraud suspicion, or national security-related reasons.

  • Refunds will not be processed if false, forged, or unverifiable documents are submitted.

  • The refund will be processed only after verification by Visa2Fly’s compliance team.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.

  • Visa2Fly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

  • This offer is non-transferable and valid only for the traveler who has applied.

  • Visa2Fly will not be liable for delays in refund processing due to banking or third-party issues.

  • Any dispute arising will be subject to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Gurugram.
