A full refund is applicable only once per traveler and once per user under this campaign.
Refund is valid only for specific E-Visa countries as listed by Visa2Fly at the time of booking.
Payment Gateway charges to be deducted in case of a refund.
Refunds are not applicable for visa withdrawals, incomplete documentation, incorrect information provided, or cancellations initiated by the traveler.
Refunds are not applicable if the rejection is due to past immigration violations, overstays, or blacklisting of the traveler.
Refunds will not be granted if the rejection arises from security concerns, fraud suspicion, or national security-related reasons.
Refunds will not be processed if false, forged, or unverifiable documents are submitted.
The refund will be processed only after verification by Visa2Fly’s compliance team.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.
Visa2Fly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
This offer is non-transferable and valid only for the traveler who has applied.
Visa2Fly will not be liable for delays in refund processing due to banking or third-party issues.
Any dispute arising will be subject to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Gurugram.
